The RCOST Log Book system is designed to help resident (house officer) who practices medicine in a medical school
under the direct or indirect supervision of an attending physician verify the performance.
Personal information is data that can be used to identify or contact a single person.
You may be asked to provide your personal information anytime you are in contact with our system.
You are not required to provide the personal information that we have requested, but, if you chose not to do so,
in many cases we will not be able to provide you with our products or services or respond to any queries you may have.
We only correct your information so that it will help us improve the service.
Data use in any analytic module will be blinded (take away personal identification data).
No personal information will be distributed without your consent.
Patients' information entering into our system is solely the user's responsibility.
The data will only be used in our analytic module to improve medical research without any personal information.
